Cordialis Msora-Kasago is the Founder of The African Pot Nutrition, a nutrition consultancy that improves the health of people of African descent through cultrually-inclusive diet and lifestyle changes. She is also a Regional Nutrition Manager for Sodexo, a role in which she supports clinical nutrition and regulatory compliance functions for hopsitals across the western United States. In this role, Cordialis helps develop innovative programs that improve the health not only of people needing care in the hospital but also in the communities they are a part of.
Cordialis is a National Media Spokesperson for The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and a contributing nutrition expert for a wide variety of media and magazines including Food & Nutrition Magazine and Healthline.com.
She is a graduate of the California State University, Los Angeles Nutritional Sciences program and holds a Masters of Arts in African Area Studies with an emphasis on Public Health.
