Famous for her 6 cookbooks, nutrition classes, to co-hosting the popular nutrition information on Facebook and IG “Wednesday live” shes known for bringing out the best in you with simple, easy-to-follow tips and tricks for a guaranteed new you. Ms. Weaver received her BS in Food Science/Human Nutrition from the University of Florida and MS degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Saint Francis. She served as Executive Director and founding partner of Hebni Nutrition Consultants, Inc. In her current role, she serves as the Director of Agency Operations. In 2009 they created teaching kitchens and placed them in the heart of a food desert and launched the first Mobile Farmers Market on a city bus, titled The Fresh Stop Bus. Her work didn’t go unnoticed with The First Lady Michelle Obama, which garnered an invite to the White House with the Lets Move Project. She keeps a busy schedule lecturing nationally and locally on various nutrition topics, current health issues related to food and nutrition. Her next journey begins with creating a movement and interest in the recruitment of minority dietitians through a social media movement titled “Black Dietitians Matter. Additionally, she serves on several boards and councils locally. Her contributions have been recognized by receipt of the President’s Award from the National Medical Association Auxiliary, The African American Chamber, The National Organization of The Links, Incorporated, and the President’s Award for Alum of the year from the President of The University of St. Francis in Illinois.
