Teresa Johnson, DCN, RDN, FAND
Dr. Teresa Johnson is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist with over 30 years of clinical practice and teaching experience. She has a BS in Dietetics from the University of Montevallo, a masters in nutrition from Auburn University and a Doctorate in Clinical nutrition from Rutgers University. Her primary clinical practice areas have included long term care (pediatric and adult populations), acute and rehabilitation hospitals and pediatric outpatient clinics. Her current research projects are on the efficacy and safety of blenderized tube feeding. Dr. Johnson is a full professor in the Department of Kinesiology and Health Promotion at Troy University and teaches courses for the School of Nursing.
