Marie Revilla, PhD, MS, RDN, LD, IBC

Marie Kainoa Fialkowski Revilla is a Native Hawaiian Associate Professor, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, and Indigenous Breastfeeding Counselor in the Department of Human Nutrition, Food, and Animal Sciences at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Her research examines the relationship between diet, health, and culture of indigenous populations. In addition, she has also been working on building culturally responsible and immersed curriculum to increase diversity in the field of dietetics. She holds degrees from Dartmouth College and Purdue University.
