Rebecca Burcaw received her Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition and completed a Coordinated Program in Dietetics from Texas Tech University. Throughout her tenure with Select Medical, as Director of Food and Nutrition-Specialty Hospitals, Rebecca coordinates the corporate wide clinical nutrition and food service programs, including Malnutrition, MNT and COVID-19, Food Safety education, Diarrhea Managment, Nutrition and Wound Healing and Reducing Central Line Infection Rate in the Critical Illness setting. She received the Outstanding Nutrition Education Award recognition from the Houston Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2015.
