Public Sector Consultant
Valerie Graff has over 30 years of related experience in her leadership positions and consulting with senior level executives and in nonprofit organizations and government agencies. She works with organizations in the areas of strategic planning, team building, board development, along with facilitating meeting in order to improve communications, collaborations, partnerships and planning. Valerie conducts trainings and workshops on these topics along with Managing Up, among others.
Valerie has co-researched and co-authored articles on women and leadership power, published for audiences in the human resource management and organization development fields and led workshops on the topic.
Valerie has a Bachelors degree in Economics from Case Western Reserve University. She has certifications in conflict resolution, meeting facilitation, organization and systems development and completed interim executive director training.
