Antoinette Watkins, MS, RDN
System Director of Food & Nutrition Services
Toni is the System Food & Nutrition Service Director for Riverside Health System and is the 2021 Silver Plate IFMA recipient. In her current role, she oversees 12 facilities with a span of control in both acute care and senior living. She holds a M.S. degree from Boston University, as well as a B.S. degree from University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. In the midst of cultural changes and awareness across the country, Toni received a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University in 2020 and is currently working on her advanced certification. Toni was also recently appointed to the Diversity and Inclusion Committee for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
